The book

Prismatic Soul

The ancient technologies of sacred connection — an empirical guide for the modern seeker.

Written. With beta readers. Toward publication.

What it is

A structured, empirical guide to the practices that have been called spiritual, mystical, and esoteric across cultures — pulled out of dogma, hierarchy and story, and laid down again in language a modern nervous system can actually use.

The book builds a developmental map across seven Sections. It teaches the foundations — what self-awareness is, what nervous-system regulation actually does, what vibration and tone mean in practice — and then walks the same teachings through five tracks, so that the reader meets the work shaped to the way they are wired.

It is not a memoir. It is not a manifesto. It is a manual — written for the people whose minds and bodies have been quietly refusing the old packaging all along, and who want a real, body-first, sovereignty-first way in.

Who it's for

  • Nervous-system geeks who want the science and the practice.
  • Neurodiverse adults who have been failed by spiritual environments that rely on unspoken norms, performance of devotion, or vague language.
  • Parents raising ADHD or neurodiverse children, who want their own regulation practice while they support their kids'.
  • Anyone tired of dogma, hierarchy and bypass, and ready for an empirical guide to the functional content of the ancient technologies of sacred connection.

From the manuscript

A few fragments — to give you the voice.

There is a sentence you have already said to yourself today that you would not say to someone you love. — Class 7 · A Launchpad for Life

You have a rather expensive autopilot careening, with great efficiency and total conviction, directly into the side of a mountain. Repeatedly. — Class 24 · The Architecture of Stuck

We may, in the most literal sense, be biological antennas tuned to the planet we walk on. If you have ever felt inexplicably better after twenty minutes barefoot on grass, this is less of a revelation and more of a long-overdue explanation. — Class 6 · The Ocean Under Your Skin

A maintaining cause is not the thing that hurt you. It is the thing that keeps the hurt operational. — Class 25 · Maintaining Causes: A Field Guide

Trying to identify a deep maintaining cause from a dysregulated state is like trying to read the instructions on a fire extinguisher while the building is on fire. By the light of the fire. Wearing oven mitts. — Class 25 · Maintaining Causes: A Field Guide

Your body takes a vividly imagined lemon as seriously as the real one. Which means everything else you imagine vividly enough, it will also take seriously. — Class 21 · Self-Talk and Visualization

The reaction is still there. You are simply no longer its employee. — Class 31 · Response Technologies

…the sudden conviction that you really ought to reorganise your sock drawer arriving just as you approach something important… — Class 44 · Asking for Help

When you watch someone else perform an action or experience an emotion, your brain fires the same neural patterns as if you were having the experience yourself. You are not merely observing. At the neurological level, you are participating. — Class 27 · Beyond the Skin

Bodies are not given to us for the journey; bodies are the journey. — Class 48 · Becoming

Most people notice their reaction, judge themselves for it, and then re-enter the same pattern with slightly more self-criticism attached. The loop tightens rather than opens. It is the spiritual equivalent of noticing you are stuck in traffic and responding by honking harder. — Class 29 · Validation, the Threshold and the Second Pivot

The Old Testament speaks of the consequences of the parents' actions visiting their children unto the third and fourth generation. The epigenetic research suggests this was not metaphor but lived observation. — Class 32 · Maintaining Causes: The Psychological Landscape
